米箩煤矿快速投产开拓优化设计

Optimized Design on Miluo Coal Mine to??Quickly?Production

摘要: 为了实现米箩煤矿快速投产,对原开拓设计方案进行了优化。通过分析原设计的不足,提出了改进方案,利用煤矿的山区地形条件,设计了措施运输平硐、措施回风平硐、底板瓦斯巷和辅助切眼。实践证明,优化后的设计,实现了底板瓦斯巷及工作面两巷的快速掘进,矿井投产时间仅用26个月,比预计时间提前了10个月,缩短了矿井投资回收期,产生了巨大的经济效益,可为同类型复杂地形条件下的山区矿井设计提供借鉴。

Abstract: According to?the?characteristics?of Mountainous Coal,using?its unique?terrain?conditions,on?the original?foundation?of?the project?in coal?mine?design, aided transported?adit and return air adit has designed, and constructed?with three inclined shaft simultaneously,which are used for ventilation,assistant coal transportation,pedestrians,transport?equipment and transport??aid material.working face were dug and working equipment were installed ahead?of?time,coal face gateway were dug opposing and linked ahead?of?time,which is conductive to the pioneering design of undersimilar?coal conditions.
